Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors (smoke, perfume, etc.), or damage
• In original condition

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted or returned to sender.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive your return
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If a promotion required multiple items (ex: free shipping with 2+ items) and your return drops the order below that threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BMO is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns without delivery confirmation cannot be processed.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, you may:
• Pay for reshipment, or
• Request a refund (standard fees apply)
